The Pune to Hampi road trip is an overnight journey of about 585 km in a non-AC bus or tempo traveller (Mumbai to Hampi is about 725 km in total). Meet the group, settle in and get some sleep before your first full day in Hampi.

Hotel or cottage accommodation on a shared basis (separate for men and women)

Terms & Conditions
Accommodation: Accommodation is on a gender-wise sharing basis (3–4 people per room/cottage) with private washrooms. Rooms have double beds with extra mattresses.
Standard check-in time is 12:00 pm. Before that, common rooms will be provided for freshening up.
Prices may change during long weekends or special events.
Travel will be in a non-AC bus/tempo traveller (seater type).
Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis at the pickup point.
This is an adventure trip with local amenities, not a luxury tour.
Timings are planned, but may slightly vary depending on the situation.
A minimum of 12 travelers is required to run the trip. If not met, Treks and Trails reserves the right to cancel.
50% refund: if notified via phone conversation 45 or more days prior to the event date.
40% refund: if notified via phone conversation 16 to 44 days prior to the event date.
No refund: if the cancellation requested is less than 15 days prior to event date.
No show No Refund.

If Event get cancelled, we will refund "Event Amount" only.
If the event is canceled due to any natural calamity, political unrest or other such reasons beyond our control the same cancellation policy will apply.
