- Guide and vehicle services are provided based on 9 hours per day.
- Comfortable and safe vehicles equipped with air conditioner and heater.

Operational Adjustment Policy
- Due to flight delays, traffic conditions, local operational issues, or other unavoidable circumstances, the itinerary and tour arrangements may be slightly adjusted.
- As most museums in Korea are closed on Mondays, an alternative attraction of similar value may be substituted.
- Meal menus are subject to change depending on restaurant availability and local circumstances.
Accommodation Policy
- Customers will be charged for any hotel or room change requested after arrival.
- Triple occupancy rooms may be provided in one of the following formats: 1 double bed + 1 single bed, Rollaway bed, 1 double bed + 1 set ondol bedding (Korean-style floor bedding).
- 90% refund if cancelled 45 days before departure (KST 16:00).
- 60% refund if cancelled 30 days before departure (KST 16:00).
- 25% refund if cancelled 15 days before departure (KST 16:00).
- No refund for cancellations made 15 days before departure or later.
- Any payment processing charges, PG fees, card charges, transfer fees, or any other transaction-related charges are non-refundable.
- If you need to change the departure date, the existing booking must be cancelled and a new booking must be made.
- Departure date changes are allowed only up to 30 days before departure, subject to availability, with an additional 5% charge on the total booking amount.
