Important Note:

• We insist you on taking Friday departures to avoid the rush.

• We need a minimum of 10 people to operate Friday batches, if not then it will be shifted to the Saturday batch.

• Andharban now allows only a limited number of participants every day. We strongly advise making booking in advance to guarantee your position and prevent disappointment at the last minute.

• Documents Needed to Make a Reservation: Aadhar Card (Proof of Government Identity), a recent passport-sized photo. Within 24 hours of your reservation, our staff will get in touch with you to pick up these documents. To ensure a seamless registration procedure, please keep them prepared.

• Due to a collapsed bridge, the government has restricted the Andharban Trek for safety reasons. Only a 2.2 km one-way stretch from the Pimpri Check Post remains open, while all other sections of the trail are strictly off-limits.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• 75% refund within 5-7 working days, if notified 8 or more days prior to the event date.

• 50 % refund within 5-7 working days, if notified 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.

• No refund within 5-7 working days, if notified less than 3 days prior to the event date

• No show No Refund.

• Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.

• Event Tickets can be transferred to another person against cancellation.

• If we cancel the trek, only the Trek Amount will be refunded.
