Amsterdam — Lights, Canals & New Connections
Arrive in Amsterdam, check in and take some time to settle down. Once everyone has arrived, we’ll come together for an ice-breakering session to help the group get acquainted. In the evening, experience Amsterdam during one of its most beautiful seasons. Step aboard a Christmas canal cruise and watch the city’s historic waterways come alive with illuminated artworks from the Amsterdam Light Festival. With unlimited wine and beer served during the cruise, it’s an easy first evening to unwind, take in the festive atmosphere and get to know the people you’ll be travelling with. After the cruise, hit Amsterdam’s nightlife, visit the De Wallen district or simply call it an early night.

- While we strive to group all travelers together in the same dormitory, accommodation may sometimes be in separate mix bed dorms within the same hostel, depending on the hostel’s availability.
- Premium hostels 6 or 4 bed dorms.
- Intercity transfers are either by direct buses or high speed trains only to save more time to explore the places.
- Weather, traffic, or local conditions may sometimes affect the order of activities. If anything shifts around, don’t worry, all major experiences and inclusions will still be covered.
- In Europe, cabs & private vehicles are expensive, we suggest you to use public vehicles for commute within the city, as they are more economical and well connected.
- All activities included in the itinerary are strictly time-bound as per European operational standards. If you do not arrive on time, the activity cannot be rescheduled and is non-refundable.
- Entry charges for beach clubs, rooftop bars, casinos, or nightlife venues are not included unless specifically mentioned under inclusions.
- Trip Style: Backpacking. This is a true backpacking trip.. think hostels, public transport, early starts, and late nights. We keep things flexible, affordable, and adventure-focused. Come with an open mind, a light pack, and good energy.
- Although it’s a backpacking trip, it isn’t limited to walking tours. Wherever possible, we have included convenient options such as hop-on hop-off bus tours.
Visa Rejection & Payment Policy
- Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. Party Passport can assist with the process and documentation but cannot guarantee approval or accept responsibility for delays or rejection.
- If your visa is rejected 35+ days before the trip, a cancellation fee of ₹ 15,000 will be deducted from your booking deposit of ₹ 25,000. ₹ 10,000 will be refunded.
- No refund will be provided if your visa is still under process <35 days before the trip, as accommodation, transportation and other trip services may already have been booked and paid for.
- All trip payments must be completed by the deadlines mentioned in your booking receipt, even if your visa decision is still pending. A pending visa application does not extend or pause the payment schedule.
- If payment is made after the stated deadline, any increase in accommodation, transportation or other booking costs applicable on the date of payment must be borne by the traveller.
- Services will be booked only after the required payment has been received. If the visa is later rejected, the visa-rejection and cancellation terms stated above will apply.
