About the Trip
About the Trip
Spiti Valley, often referred to as the 'Middle Land' between India and Tibet, transforms into a snow-covered paradise during the winter months. This high-altitude desert offers a unique blend of adventure, culture, and tranquility. Our winter trip takes you deep into this frozen wonderland, where temperatures can drop to –25°C, turning villages, monasteries, and rivers into a breathtaking white landscape. You'll stay in local Spiti homestays, share traditional meals, and experience the warmth of mountain hospitality.
The route includes visits to ancient monasteries like Key, Dhankar, and Tabo, and the quiet charm of Langza, Hikkim, and Komic — among the world's highest inhabited villages. This offbeat winter adventure through Himachal Pradesh is perfect for travelers seeking more than the usual hill-station itinerary.
