Itinerary
The Journey Begins
The journey begins in Dibrugarh, where you will travel towards the eastern reaches of Arunachal Pradesh. Leaving the tea-growing plains of Assam behind, you will cross the mighty Brahmaputra and continue towards Roing, the gateway to the Dibang Valley. By evening, arrive in Roing and check into your accommodation. The rest of the evening is free to relax and meet your fellow travellers.

What's Included?
Accommodation in clean and comfortable stays and thoughtfully set-up properties, on a double-sharing basis throughout the journey.
All transportation from Day 1 to Day 8 in an Urbania or Innova, depending on group size.
Breakfast from Day 2 onwards. (Light packed breakfast on Day 2 and Day 7) Lunch on Days 3, 5 and 6. (Authentic Idu-Mishmi Meal on Day 3 and 6) (Winter) River side Picnic lunch on Day 4.
Interactive session with locals on Days 3 and 6. Weaving Experience in Anini on Day 3.
(Autumn) White-water rafting experience on the Dree River with certified professionals. Safety helmets, life jackets, wetsuits for Rafting experience on Day 4.

Accommodation:
- Rooms and tents are shared on a double-sharing basis. In case you are a solo traveller, you will be paired up with another solo traveller of the same gender.
- Room allocation is managed by the sales and reservations team based on gender and confirmed bookings.
Weather:
- October is the month of Autumn. The weather is ideal with chances of sunny or gloomy days with pleasant windy weather. Nights and mornings in Anini and Dri Valley can be cold. Rain is expected during October.
- Winters in Anini are cold and freezing. Days at the altitude could see a mix of sunny winter days or occasionally gloomy. Mornings, evenings and nights are expected to be chilly and freezing. Occasional rains are common during winters in the region.
Permits:
- An Inner Line Permit (ILP) is required for Indian nationals, while foreign nationals need a Protected Area Permit (PAP) to enter Arunachal Pradesh.
- For ILP - Once you sign up for the trip, we will guide you through the permit application process.
General Refund Policy:
- 30 days prior to the starting date of the trip - 75% refund of total trip cost
- 16 to 29 days prior to the starting date of the trip - 50% refund of total trip cost
- 8 to 14 days prior to the starting date of the trip - 25% refund of the total trip cost.
- 0 to 7 days or less prior to starting date of the trip - No refund
