Arrival at Kumta and Yana Caves Exploration

Arrive at Kumta and explore the Yana Caves.

Schedule

  • 09:30 am – Reach Kumta.

  • 09:45 am – Have Breakfast.

  • 10:00 am – Move toward Yana Caves.

  • 11:30 am – Reach Base Village of Yana Caves, Start Easy Level Hike toward Yana Caves (45 Mins).

  • 12:15 pm – Reach Yana Caves and Explore.

  • 01:30 pm – Reach Base and Leave for Murudeshwar (Lunch on the way).

  • 03:30 pm – Reach Murudeshwar, Check in to hotel.

  • 05:00 pm – Explore the Temple & Beach.

  • 06:30 pm – Post Sunset, proceed back to the hotel and have dinner.

  • 10:30 pm – Share stories and hit the bed. Good Night!!!

Railway Ticket Rules and Regulations

  • We at T Trikon, Provide some of our tour packages with Train Tickets. We Use official Agent portals of IRCTC to book tickets. All the rules regarding Booking and Refund are governed by IRCTC only.

  • As per rules, bookings for the respective dates open 60 days in Advance, In order to get confirmed tickets it is advised to book your seat as early as possible.

  • If Tickets are In RAC or Waitlist, We use previous data and some IRCTC partner apps to predict the confirmation chances and book accordingly.

  • We cannot guarantee any Specific seats or Berths (Like Window seat or lower berth) since Seats are allotted by IRCTC algorithm and we have no control over it.

  • If you are keen on having specific seats or berths, make sure to book well in Advance.

  • Different PNRs may have seats located in Different coaches as per IRCTC Algorithm and we cannot guarantee all seats together in case of bigger group.

  • For Bookings done after tickets are heavily waitlisted; to get confirmed seats we will book seats in Tatkal or Premium Tatkal Quota. In such case you’ll have to pay additional amount at actuals with agent charges.

  • AC Tickets are dependent on availability. In case we are not able to provide AC tickets, confirmed sleeper coach train tickets will be provided and the difference in fare will be refunded back to your account in 3-5 working days.

  • Time of Cancellation (Before Event Date) - Refund Eligibility


    More than 7 days - 75% refund
    3 to 7 days -  50% refund
    Less than 3 days - No refund

    - Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
    - No refund for no-shows, late arrivals, or incomplete participation.
