What's Included?
Transport to and from Guwahati as per the itinerary.
Stay on double or triple occupancy (6N). Since some of these are remote areas, the stay may be basic.
Breakfast (6).
Guided village tours.
ILP (Inner Line Permit).
Pickup Time - 12 pm on Day 1 and Drop Time- 7 pm on Day 7.
What's NOT Included?
Entry tickets to the Hornbill Festival.
Lunch, Dinner and other snacks & drinks.
Any medical or personal expense.
Entry tickets for monuments.
Any personal adventure or shopping.
Any cost arising out of unforeseen circumstances, including medical emergencies and acts of God.
Extra days stay/food at any place during the tour because of a Landslide, bad weather or road blocking.

- Trip schedule / itinerary is subjected to change as per road, weather and other unavoidable conditions so take a day or two in buffer. Only Team members have the right to take decision depending on above.
- Any extra cost (Transportation / Accommodation) arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances or change in law will be extra.
- Stays shown are subject to availability; equivalent accommodations will be provided in case of changes.
- Any stay apart from fixed schedule (as per the itinerary) will be extra.
- Keep yourself prepared with relevant essential items and please check essential packing items section for the same.
- Carriers aren’t allowed in Arunachal, so please pack light — one rucksack or medium trolley + one small bag is perfect for this 5–6 day trip.
- Please carry your own bags while checking in, as most homestays have limited staff and operate only for a short season each year.
- Participants will be responsible for their personal belongings on the trip; the company will not be responsible for the same.
- Group leader will be provided only when no of pax is 8 or above.
- As the North East is a remote region, stays will be basic. Please do not expect luxury or leisure-type facilities.
- Pick-up and drop timings on Day 1 or the last day may vary due to road conditions, weather, or third-party delays such as buses or flights.
- First-time group travelers: delays and adjustments are normal due to different people and group dynamics, and personal requests may not always be met. For full flexibility, private tours are recommended.
- We request all travelers to be mindful and respectful of the local culture and traditions of the North East. Please note that the region is rich in natural beauty but may differ from urban comforts — food is simple and rooted in local flavors.
Refund Rules for Long Trips (More Than 3 Days)
- More than 75 Days Before the Trip: Full refund (no charges).
- 75 to 45 Days Before the Trip: 50% of the trip cost will be refunded.
- 45 to 15 Days Before the Trip: 25% of the trip cost will be refunded.
- Less than 15 Days Before the Trip: No refund.
How to Cancel or Change a Booking:
- Send your request by email to soloyolohelp@gmail.com. Phone calls or WhatsApp messages will not be accepted for cancellations or changes. Reply to your booking confirmation email for a faster process.
Booking Amount: The initial booking amount cannot be refunded at any time.
Replacing a Traveler: You can transfer your booking to someone else, but only if it’s possible and approved by Solo Yolo.
Rescheduling of trips is allowed up to 15 days before the departure date, subject to availability and approval by Solo Yolo.
Refund Process: If approved, refunds will be given as a credit note within 2 working days.
Additional Charges: Refunds will have a 2.5% Payment Gateway Fee and 5% GST deducted. Payments made via UPI won’t have a gateway fee.
Special Circumstances Policy:
- Cancellation Due to Government Guidelines or Lockdowns: If the trip is canceled due to government restrictions or lockdowns, the trip validity will be extended for 12 months from the original trip date. The extension is valid for the same location and must be used on Solo Yolo’s fixed departure schedules.
- Cancellation by Solo Yolo: In the rare event that Solo Yolo cancels the trip, participants are entitled to a 100% refund.
