Day 1

Arrival and Activities

  • 04:00 PM: Reach the campsite and Check-In. We will allot you The Tent Accommodation. Keep your bags and belongings into the tent. 

  • 05:00 PM: Once you Get freshen up and settled down enjoy evening snacks and hot tea. The place is an all- time best for sunset and sunrise photography, so enjoy nature and activities. Play Volleyball, cricket, Football,  Badminton, Carrom, Chess, and Other activities, or one can just relax and unwind till sunset.  

  • 07:30 to 10:00 PM: Hit the dance floor. One can enjoy a late-night dance floor with music amidst nature.  

  • 08:00 PM: Enjoy BBQ (Veg-Non-Veg) 

  • 10:00 PM: Delicious Buffet Dinner (Veg-Non-Veg) will be ready in the dining area. Have Dinner 

  • 11:00 PM: Bonfire and Live music (Only On Weekends) 

  • 12:00 PM: Movie Screening

  •  Enjoy overnight stay

General Terms

Trekhievers Policy:

  • We strictly follow no drugs and no litter policy.
  • Seats will be reserved only after full payment.
  • A complete schedule of the trek will be given to the registered participants 12 Hours prior on WhatsApp.
  • Organizers have all the right to modify or change the schedule in case of any unavoidable circumstance.
  • The tour is weather-based and depends on the weather conditions. There may be last-minute cancellations if weather conditions deteriorate.

  • Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhar Card/Driving License)
  • Water bottle (2 liters each person)
  • 2 Sets of Clothes
  • Comfortable Footwear

Cancellation Policy
  • NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS. HOWEVER IF FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE THEN,
  • 100% refund if cancelled 24 hours prior.
  • No show No Refund.
  • Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
  • Event Tickets can be transferred to another person against cancellation.
  • If we cancel the Camp, only the Camping Amount along with GST will be refunded.
