Travel, Camp Setup and Stargazing
Getting to Asangaon by train
Take the fast local from CSMT. You can board at whichever station is closest to you:

Asangaon: 2:54 PM (arrive)
Missing this train means missing the camp, so please be on time.
At camp
3:00 PM: Meet the group at Asangaon station and take the jeeps to Dehne village (about 1 hour).
4:00 PM: Reach the Dehne campsite. Coming on your own? This is when you need to arrive.
5:00 PM: Tea, then pitch your tents.
6:00 PM: Watch the sunset.
7:00 PM: Night sky orientation: learn how to find your way around the sky.
7:30 PM: Constellation session: the stories and science behind the star patterns.
8:30 PM: Telescope viewing: planets, star clusters and more.
9:30 PM: Dinner under the open sky.
10:30 PM: Free time to chat, try astrophotography, and keep using the telescopes.

A Rucksack or Daysack to put in all the things to be carried
Do not carry sling bags or zholas.
75% refund: if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
50% refund: if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.
No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to the event date.

If Trek gets canceled from our side, we will refund "Trek Amount" only.
If the event is canceled due to any natural calamity, political unrest or other such reasons beyond our control the same cancellation policy will apply.
