  • The use or possession of narcotics, banned substances, fireworks, or toxic items during the trip is strictly prohibited.
  • Participants found violating these rules will be solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from such actions.
  • Participants are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings at all times. Organisers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
  • All participants must carry a valid passport during the trip.
  • All booking amounts are non-refundable.
  • Your slot will be confirmed only after the booking deposit is received.
  • Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation without refund.
  • In the event of a transport breakdown, participants may be required to wait until repairs are completed — backup transport may not be immediately available.
  • Certain activities may be modified or cancelled if destinations cannot be reached on time.
  • Participants are expected to maintain respectful behaviour.
  • Organisers reserve the right to remove any traveler without refund in case of: misbehaviour, violation of trip rules, or harassment/misconduct towards co-travelers or staff.
  • The trip organizer/coordinator reserves the right to modify the itinerary based on real-time conditions, including Force Majeure.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond the organizers' control — including weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions/regulations.
  • In such cases, the organizers may attempt to arrange alternate activities where possible, but refunds will not be applicable.
