Railway Ticket Rules and Regulations

  • We at Ttrikon provide some tour packages with train tickets, booked via official IRCTC agent portals. All booking and refund rules are governed by IRCTC.

  • Bookings open 60 days in advance. To get confirmed tickets, book early.

  • If tickets are RAC or waitlisted, we use previous data and IRCTC partner apps to predict confirmation chances and book accordingly.

  • We cannot guarantee specific seats or berths (like window seat or lower berth) as IRCTC allocates them via their algorithm.

  • For specific seat preferences, book well in advance.

  • Different PNRs may have seats in different coaches; we cannot guarantee seats together for large groups.

  • If tickets are heavily waitlisted, we book via Tatkal or Premium Tatkal quota. Additional charges apply for these bookings.

  • Our policy is designed to be fair to both participants and the organizing team. In case of an emergency, the individual who needs to cancel or reschedule will bear the financial responsibility.

  • If the event is canceled due to an emergency on our end, the participant will not lose any money. This approach ensures fairness for both parties.
